It hurts like hell and even the slightest move would trigger immense pain. You’ll sweat a lot and can’t even think for a single thing. You just need to push yourself to survive and pass

To clean the blood i guess
Periods are painful
They pee blood in this time
In this time they become very angry on small things , so don’t argue with them
It’s all mood swings
In periods time they carve for their favourite food
, So periods are common but painful
Periods cramps
Don’t eat oily food in this period
Drink more water that will help
The hot water pack on tummy can give relief
Use sanitary pads don’t use any clothes
