I am living alone, far from my family and loved ones.
I have recently started talking to my self and also imagining talking to people I loveβ¦ all aloneβ¦
I am bit anxious about the way I am coping with the loneliness. Is it okay to continue talking alone or having conversations in the head and also conversing orally?
If not, How can I handle the separation, loneliness and feeling disconnected?
