3am Thoughts

Is there anyone please? I think im having a panic attack.
Um it’s 5:35, and my roommate is crazy! She is like literally a bitch, she will sleep the whole day, and the whole night, she will call people and give gali, and I keep trying to avoid her, ask her to not do it around me, but she does it. Again and again, all the stuff, which causes me problem

And rn, I feel extremely furious, I feel angry, out of control and losing my breathe and idk all my friends are sleeping, I don’t feel like disturbing them, idk what to do and I’m just having a panic attack

Is it normal for my bf to become close to a girl and not tell me about it??
Umm so this friend group of his few months back became friends with a group of girls and since then they’ve been one big group. I remember once he told me he finds those girls very pretty so naturally I’ve always been insecure of them but he never spoke to them separately so it was fine with me. The groups have sleepovers also but there was never any problem because he never spoke to those girls except when in a group. Recently we had another argument because he used to play online games with all of them and never with me despite me asking him to play with me repeatedly. Now I think it’s been a few days that he’s started talking to one of these girls and I have no idea how or when they became friends. Yesterday when I asked him at midnight what he was upto he said it’s that girl’s birthday. I asked him that oh are you close to her he said little little so I said okay. I don’t want to be an insecure girlfriend so I didn’t ask any questions but I somehow expected a little more explanation on his part. Anyway we’ve been having problems since the beginning of this year and now I’m just even more insecure and sometimes I have thoughts of breaking up. I just can’t stop crying and thinking about how that girl is better than me in every way and about how he’ll eventually be done with me and that he’d be much happier with her or literally anyone else. He doesn’t give me the same love as he used to and I don’t know if it’s weird but I just expect that if you make a new friend the least you can do is tell me about it?

I'm a female, and I use an online chatroom called "Discord", recently I have had to go through a really difficult breakup, and have been talking to an Autistic boy that lives in Georgia. We've know each other since before I started dating my ex, but he really wants to date me.
He's told me that I'm the only thing keeping him alive, but he's holding me back and making me feel trapped. I don't know what to do or tell him. I just want to disappear, but I can't.
