~》Positive Jar affirmation technique 🍶 u have to take a jar put candy or chocolates on it. 🍫 🍭
Each and every day for 30days you have to write 1 positive word that u see or want in our life &put in on that Jar .at the last day of it
eat 1 Candy it & give rest of Candy to kids.
Put that 30 chits of +ve words to the soil with any seed (eg methi seed) give water every day… let the positivity grow…
