I have been an active user of Now&Me since July 2020 and this has led me to be involved with the team as a Community Representative to help communicate your concerns to the team. Being a user myself, I would like to know about you and your concerns to make your experience better. ๐ป๐ฆ
Iโve had a great experience since then, interacting and getting to know you. I hope and wish you have a great journey at Now&Me.
Itโs great to see so many of you connecting and helping out in the best manner possible. โจ

If someone likes talking to person listening to him/her โฆ there should be an option of making that person a friend or connection here only โฆ for future needs like โฆ if he/she wants to talk to that person again so they can contact them directly rather than posting openly.

Also, what do you think about how should we include it in the chat option since you would like to talk to a specific person once itโs available? And, itโs not necessary that they would like to talk to you again or maybe are busy, in that case, would you feel okay or hurt? ๐ผ
Yeah good point โฆ if your listener is not listening it feels bad no doubt!!.. first I would suggest adding to the favourite list must be confirmed by both so that one would know that other person is also interested in helping or listening to future conversations. And for continuing chat/discussion for that you may give option to both to remove from the chat list โฆ like other person is busy or not available etcโฆ

Do you mean a way to connect similar to Instagram/Snapchat?
Also, the platform is to talk and share your emotions and other users come and help you out. If that thing goes away, the main motive goes away, right? What if after a point they arenโt interested in talking to you (for example) would you be okay and not take it personally? ๐

@nowandme has a really special place in my mind and heart. Every person here is full of empathy and kindness. My respect to all those who vented here.
-Many are asking for an option of one on one chat but then what will be the difference between any social networking sites and this platform? We feel like a community full of people who want to genuinely help each other grow but wont that be put at stake when everyone is just interacting with each other through chats?
- I would like to know if we can have anonymous groups similar to AA based on a similar issue a group of people might be facing.
- @nowandme has been my vent place from last December and I am blessed to have met many wonderful souls here.
-The whatsapp newsletter is just amazing.
- I appreciate all the efforts from the @nowandme team. Happy to see this website developing at a fast pace. Hope this website gets really popular are touch more lives and help many more people.

@nowandme had helped me and supported me even in my happy times as well.
Mental health is a sensitive topic right! On one side we could all be smiling and be happy and on the other side its quite opposite. @nowandme team understands it really well and I am sure you guys will give us users your best.
Yes, like a support group but in a disciplined manner. Groups with some scheduled meetings like the meet and greet but headed by people who are aware of the Issue. I know this is something really big to organise but just suggesting an idea cause I havenโt heard of these kind of set ups anywhere in India in particular.
For example if a bunch of people with depression are put in the same group with their consent of course. It might not help much as one might not be so interested always to communicate. But if there is scheduled meetings organised and headed by for say a person who has knowledge about depression and tracking progress of the people, dont you think it will leave a meaningful impact on the people attending them?

I have attended few meet ups and I had a good time there but casual meet ups and organised meet ups have their own pros and cons right?Overall Its so easy for me to suggest and all but you guys are the ones who have to work towards it.

Hey Simran! I remember you had mailed me an active user survey a while ago and I had recommended a couple of suggestions. Iโm pretty sure youโre already considering some suggestions, such as that of having an app. I donโt have much other suggestions in store, but I just wanted to appreciate how this platform unlike most others, regularly asks the users fir feedback and suggestions. Itโs commendable!

3) You can make groups or options of that involving professional help like psychiatrists where ppl can keep their problems.
4) live interaction in case you go with point 3.

2. You want a feature where you can talk to a person directly. And, if that person doesnโt respond because of XYZ reasons, will you be okay with it?
3. We do have such sessions wherein you can type in your queries and the concerned person responds to you, but itโs just a thread like this one. We also conduct a Masterclass where what you mentioned gets resolved.
What else would you like to have?
4. We did have a live video yesterday on Instagram.

I just wanted to ask if itโs possible to to put like personal chats, if here we want to make friends here we need to post publicly but it would be something personal chat it would help a lot, many people wants to chat and gives their social media id which isnโt safe right?.. This is a safe site though itโs online no one can say what can happen right. I experienced it so gave a little personal opinionโฆ

If they end up ignoring each other than that would only be because they didnโt connect well with each other right?

Hi there! I came across Now&Me like 2 days back and to say that itโs such an amazing and helpful platform for everyone. I was looking for a place where I could help people with their mental and emotional problems which as many of us might know are quite difficult to express. I found the perfect platform and itโs been such a beautiful experience to actually be able to help people โคโคโค.
I, as many others have said, would also suggest for an app and I know the team is already working on it and I wish them all the best for much more and growing success in the future.
Also I would also like to have the personal message option and I agree with the option that it should be a confirmation from both sides and only then people be able to converse with one another.
And all other work is just so very perfect and alllll the love to the entire team of Now&Me for bringing this beautiful site up for so many people to be able to find a safe space where they will be accepted and not judged: ) Always keep up the good work๐๐๐.
