Hey guys!!
Hope you all are doing well.
Today there were layoffs in my company but i am mostly safe but not sure while this is my 4th company and all of them had to shut down sometimes I feel that i do bring bad luck with me.
I was feeling very low and had a glance at my contact list there was nobody whom I could call and share so sometimes my feelings get bottled up and i have unusual thoughts creeping up.
Mostly I try to stay positive but something or the other makes me feel worthless.
I never had a relationship in my lifetime which makes me feel like what if I end up all alone in my life.

Hey there,
I’m sorry to hear about the layoffs in your company and the challenges you’re facing. It’s completely normal to feel low during uncertain times, especially when faced with layoffs and feelings of isolation.
Firstly, please know that you’re not alone in experiencing these emotions. Many people go through periods of doubt and uncertainty, particularly when it comes to their careers and personal lives.
It’s also important to recognize that experiencing multiple layoffs does not define your worth or character. Sometimes, external factors beyond our control contribute to these situations, and it’s not a reflection of who you are as a person.
Remember, a lot of people don’t easily form a bond with everyone easily but when they do, they make it for life. Think of yourself as a precious diamond, taking time to find the right connections but once formed, they’re invaluable.
As human beings, we all need someone in our life whom we can approach and talk out our hearts without judgment. Consider making friends outside your work circle, who can provide unbiased support and understanding.
Given the current job market challenges, layoffs are unfortunately becoming more common. It’s crucial not to blame yourself for circumstances beyond your control. Instead, focus on upskilling yourself and being tactful in navigating through these changes.
And remember, it’s okay to not be okay sometimes. Be kind to yourself, practice self-care, and know that brighter days are ahead.
Take care,

Wait, wait, you are in a company, still you have zero experience. Seriously? You never dated?
I never said zero experience but ya all of them shut down after a few months and ya never dated
I dated but my experience is very poor, now am afraid of dating. How are you?
I can understand but you know at least you will be having someone in your life whom you can open up to because we won’t be okay to open up with others
I didn’t understand
Got your point, can we talk personally?
Sure
