Sharing or Talking circles are spaces where people can come in and share their experiences on a common theme, and while one person speaks about their experience, the others listen actively. All of this is additionally done with a facilitator present in the meet 🧡
The Now&Me support groups are facilitated by Rajnandini Sarkar (M.A. Psychology) and Kriti Rakheja (B.A. Psychology) after being trained by our in-house psychologist Shaifila Ladhani. These sharing circles attempt to create a safe space for people to talk about their experiences and learn the art of active listening ✨
When: 20th May; 5:30 pm-6:30 pm IST
