I’m trying to change my behavior in life. (ex - Smoking cigarettes, masturbation, sexual thoughts - all the time etc). For a few days I’m able to suppress but again the behaviour is triggered.
I’m 25 years old and because of this, it has started to affect my thinking process.

Try to keep yourself busy with other task. Throughout the day
For example exploring new activity or trying new hobbies
Get into reading novels maybe that’s Helps too
Socialise. Spend time with people you’re comfortable with and those who make you feel relaxed. It’ll help for sure!
sounds like you’re struggling a lot. I’m sorry you’re going through this. Do you want to get help to quit those things?.. I mean do you want to get treatment?
