Insomnia isn't fun unless you make it fun!
Lately I've been taking walks around my neighborhood, once I even took a bike ride. No cars on the road at 2 AM so everything felt so surreal and strange...
I've also been reading books and exercising more when I feel wide awake, and talking to my out-of-country friends.
I'm not saying that I like it, but I grateful that I'm not laying in bed crying about it anymore.

Broke up with my fiancé today. We were together for 7yrs. And suddenly I feel so lost. I just feel numb. He was the only guy I had ever been with, never saw this coming.It’s just, i don’t even understand what I should feel like. My career deciding exams are just around the corner and here I am , standing  here with absolutely no clue of what to do.

I am always panicked. I feel like people are going to leave my life. Those whom I love will always end up leaving. My boyfriend doesn’t actually love me. Why do I feel panicked anytime he says he doesn’t want to see me even though we’ve spent the last 2 weeks together, besides when I’m at work. There is no reason for me to feel so panicked. It makes me feel crazy when I have these emotions. I feel like I’m losing my mind. I just want to be able to have a normal relationship with out having a breakdown anyone he wants to be by himself. I truly feel insane when I have these feelings
