I’m about to pass grade 12 hopefully in a month.
Where should I start ?
I wanna build a strong and attractive personality.
You have to focus on both your mental and physical health. For mental health try meditation and mindfulness, 15-20 minutes for meditation would be enough. For physical health you can start with eating clean, you can add an adequate amount of protein in your diet along with necessary vitamins and minerals. If possible create a workout routine as well. Also choose a proper skincare routine as well, you will start feeling good within a month or two.

Why do I think that I’m not good looking enough that people will find me attractive. I think I’m not in good shape that people will like me. I think I’ll not get married because of my looks…I think my hands are too skinny. Why man why?
Because if I answer being me,I’m insecure and somewhere I’ve accepted that looks do matter .
Harsh truth but this is what it is .
