Sleeping the worries away is the best key for peace I guess ! I always go to sleep at least for a while when things are wrong and I can’t handle the pressure well.
Yeahh even I do the same thing when things go wrong but i dont think it’s good thing to do if we see it in a long run. I think We should learn to handle our emotions and pressure instead of running away from the.

No no , I don’t do running from problems always but just when peace is completely gone from situation then I choose to leave and sleep !!! It’s actually a good therapy I do for myself !! 😅🤭
