Acquaintance

Yaar i need 3 days leave for ganpati to go home and my professors are acting up and telling me that I need to take principal's permission too my anxiety is in space now🤯🤯🤯🤯

Anxiety

Being an over thinker, I dwell on a lot of things of what happened in past, why it happened with me, I didn't deserve to be treated the way I was. Everyday I try my best to not think about the past, make peace with it. But the thoughts keep repeating making it difficult to forget and move on. I just need a boost of positivity and daily reminder that everything happens for my highest good and the best is yet to come.

Motivation

IF WE WANT SOMETHING , AND DECIDE THAT I AM GONNA DO IT WHATSOEVER , THE WHOLE UNIVERSE WILL START TESTING YOU AND HELPING AT THE SAME TIME , JUST FOCUS ON THE HELPING PART AND KEEP GOING , AND ONE DAY IT WILL HAPPEN , JUST KEEP TELLING YOURSELF THAT I AM GONNA MAKE IT.

I was recently diagnosed with inattentive ADD, depression, and anxiety.. So I essentially flunked the last semester and that’s exacerbated my mental capacity to handle my emotions especially when my family and I fight. My relationship with them is in tatters so when I’m by myself, I can’t help but stare at all the pillls I’m pumped with. The thought of having the world be rid of me has become so tempting. It’s as if it’s teasing me, daring me, or even inviting me to spite my parents. I mean, the pills are sitting there for the purpose of being consumed. But anyways, I don’t have the decisiveness to make that kind of decision today so I was wondering if anyone who struggled in university when they’ve just begun can share how they dealt with it. Moving past how I utterly handicapped my future feels like it’s a good time to ice the cake. Particularly because my current GPA is a foreign concept compared to my past experiences considering how I was always top of my class until I started university online last fall. I’ve had trouble adjusting and keeping up with my days. Sometimes I’d end up sleeping for 18hrs to then pull an all nighter the next day to hand that assignment in or take that test under pressure. I did that for an entire semester so trying to instill discipline and fix my life has been taking a lot of energy which is probably why I’m constantly crashing and burning out. So if anyone is going through or has went through a similar event, I would really appreciate your take on how you handled it and what you did to revive your grades. 

Suicidal Ideation

Today I'm going to be motivated and productive! I encourage everyone to go for a walk, do some yoga or just things you love to do. Remember your not alone and if you hit rock bottom you can only go up!!
