Helloā¦First stop thinking about the past because it wonāt change a single thingā¦it only helps to learn from our mistakes but that doesnāt mean that you need to always dwell in the past so please move on.
Second itās good that you are thinking about the future but you need to cut yourself some slack you knowā¦just donāt beat yourself by thinking too much
And last I think in my opinion you need to have an honest chat with your parents and Iām certain that theyāll try to understand the way you feelā¦
And what do you mean toxic environment??
Stop overthinking and start something for which u are passionate about and may i know why u think ur parents are toxic on u , did u do something wrong

i am wrong to them coz i didnt do wat they want me to do. Toxic coz they dnt support me mentally they dnt care abt me and they behave worst no one listens
