Hello Stranger.
Let’s call myself Esabella. I am learning an European language from November, 2019. After learning only 8 months, I somehow managed to get myself into a well known University( let’s call it XYZ ) in my country for Post-graduation. But it’s not easy now. In my m.a I have to study several theories and also translations theories in that particular language. Now it’s so hard. I can’t loose my chance to study in this University. Everything is so messed up. I feel so depressed and restless. I am having anxiety these days. I am trying to study as much as I can, but I feel my routine is not well structured and I am also lazy. Sometimes I feel , that I am an useless person.

Can you tell me stranger, what you will do if you’re in my position…?

Hey I am sorry you are going through all this but you know what try to relax you are giving so much pressure on yourself you are so much better than this you know what take a day off and dedicate that day to yourself do all that you love and then with a relaxed and happy mind try to manage your work and don’t overthink just think everything as something positive. Please don’t put to much pressure on yourself:)

do best in your studies and don’t exhaust yourself too much. apart from studies, you can give time to yourself try to take breaks, build new hobbies and just relax you know you are doing your best and I am sure you will get some great results πŸ˜‡
and i think planning your day out and meditation will also help you.
