I got anger issues. Rn my mom gave me some shitty dinner and that screwed up my head. I threw two eggs, one to the ground and one on the wall. I went upstairs and broke the mirror in the bathroom trying to cool me down. I helped clean up but still this doesn’t feel normal.
Anger issues can destroy more than you think. It is advisable to channelize your anger in a better way. Do activities that make you happy and you know it’ll keep you calm.
I do try, it was dormant for 2-3 months. Then when I thought I was doing good, this happened.
Maybe because you were suppressing your anger. Do not suppress it or this will happen time after time.
What I can do is I can suppress that anger and let it out into something productive.
No don’t suppress it at all. Whenever you feel that anger just release it but into something good like sports.

Anger issues… hmm, yeah you can really control your anger you know. All you have to do is just close your eyes take a deep breath… inhale and exhale boom anger gone. It’s hard I know. Just give it a try cuz that’s what I do.
