@debora

Hello girls, I want to share a problem of mine with you. The last two months my hair has started to fall out a lot, my hair has thinned a lot. I have tried many shampoos and different things, nothing helps. Any tips?

Talk about this to your doctor!
This might be a hormonal issue!

Hi!
It’s normal. It is very common and happens to a lot of girls.
However if it’s of a main concern, visit a doctor maybe there are other issues attached to your Hairfall.

Oiling your hair, using homemade pastes helps. Try different things and see what works best for your hair type.
I have silky hair and want my hair to stay strong and thick and smooth for which i apply Patanjali Coconut Oil and Dahi+Egg(white part without the yolk).
You can try and see if anything changes. The outcome will not be visible in a day or two but weeks.

@debora

thank you, i’m gonna try this hope it works.

Yes. However, not necessary as it totally depends on the hair type as well.

st1199 has the best advice But i’ll just add three points

1. Listen to ellarush13 and st1199 about possibly seeing a doctor first.

2. I’ve read that Amla Powder applied to the hair is said to strengthen and thicken it. I can’t say I know for sure, this might just be false hype, but lots of people swear by it. Google “Amla powder hair” and read about a bit, cautiously and skeptically.

3. If your diet is low in minerals this could be a factor. I know that after taking Zinc Supplements, my fingernails become much stronger and better looking, no more white patches. I’m a vegan so it’s not as easy to get the minerals I need and this helped, and I believe it MAY have made my hair stronger, and there are lots of people online suggesting that zinc supplementation helps with hair thickness\growth. If you try this make sure you take Zinc ONLY AT THE RECOMMENDED DOSE, because taking too much could be really harmful or even poisonous, but otherwise it’s an essential mineral that the body needs. You’d probably take it daily for a month or so before seeing any significant effects.
