Sharing Our Innermost Thoughts

We see a lot of questions and confusion regarding why thoughts are removed and why accounts are blocked, so we thought we would give you an insight into what’s happening and why.

Like you, there are SO many of us who are a part of the Now&Me community, and to build a space of empathy, trust and safety, we have a few guidelines in place.

Why are thoughts removed?

The only time a thought is removed is when it violates our guidelines. Even then, the thoughts are reviewed at multiple levels to make sure no genuine thoughts are removed.

Why are accounts banned?

We only ban those accounts whose behaviour on the platform has been consistently inappropriate even after letting them know that their thought(s) violate the guidelines.

Here also, there are multiple layers of checks in place. This is a tough decision we have to make, keeping in mind the safety of other users on the platform.

How can you help?

We would love your help and support in making Now&Me a safe space for you and your friends. We strongly encourage you to report thoughts and user profiles that you think may be inappropriate.

- You can report a thought by clicking on the (∨) icon on the top right corner of the thought you wish to report- this will open up a menu from which you can choose ‘report’.
- You can report a user’s profile by going on their profile and clicking the ‘report profile’ button.
