What's that I can't understand can someone plz help

If a guy makes his ex gf pregnant , and his gf also had a similar past with her ex bf .. but the woman was accused and faced the society and decided not to share with her present guy..  and suddenly she slips out but the guy isn't. Ready accept just because she is a "woman"?? Is that fair enough?

I am feeling very frustrated although i am frustrated everyday because of circumstances and situations but today my mind is filled with headache that i think it will explode at anytime...all this frustration is because i am being bodyshamed by own mother and sister, its nothing new to me but still now at my limit and don't know what can i do just calm myself because i can't say anything to them

Anxiety

Suggest me one thing how to get mental peace of mind I have a boy friend but we are in relationship third person enters the bond the boy cheated on me daily I know there chats and there nonsense things but I can’t realizeing please help me the point of these boy and her in a secret relationship 

Breakup

Seeing my friends in relationships talking to new people making new friend basically socialising I feel excluded because I can't just confide in people. I can't share what I feel easily. I don't wanna get into a relationship under pressure.

Confusion

The reason that I'm feeling lonely because Idon't have any friends or someone to support me, growing up as an introverted that makes me not having any social skills to approach people , i always make others feel uncomfortable around me as i get anxious whenever I have to interact with someone. I feel lonely to not have anyone to share my interests and feelings

Lonely

hey!! I wanna talk to someone soo badly. about anything you like I'm feeling so lonly and depressed don’t know to whom should I talk. need some motivation to be in this world. 

So I was passing by my school today... it's dec so I guess Annual function tha Aaj school mai... I heard all the kids cheering and enjoying... And a few things passed my mind
When I'll have kids like in future....my own or adopted doesn't matter...
Mai try karungi ki unko motivate karu ki extra curricular activities bhi karo Don't just focus only on studies... Like function hai participate in that ...participate in dance or sports or anything they like... It doesn't matter if you fail or pass but try to do it with all your efforts and confidence And not only that mai try karungi to be there for them unko nhi participate karna okay... but chalo woh activities functions n all atleast attend Karo... I guess that might help to build their confidence 
That's Something I missed my whole childhood 
I'm not saying my parents are not good...They are great 
They never forced me for studies or marks...
But unhone baki extra curricular ke liye bhi kabhi motivate nhi kiya....
The answer was always
" Dance mai participate karke kya karegi tuje kaha dance aatay " 
" Kya ye Rangoli n all mai participate kar rahi hai it's useless "
" Sports maj kyu participate karna hai tuje it's of no use " 
" Drawings ka kya karegi drawings mai thodi future hai kya he hoga drawings Sikh ke " 

Congrats now you have a daughter who is clueless in her life abt everything and good at nothing... with a topping of elf doubting and low confidence
