Anxiety

I am so tired... Mentally..... Just wanna cry...

I have been having anxiety related issues for the last 4 years.While it has latched onto different stuff like my relationship,friendships etc.Right now, I find myself unable to deal with my stress due to the difference in opi ions with my parents and my whole family.They do love me and support me most of the things, but I get bodyshamed a lot because of my weight , plus difference in point of views and other things have made me feel closed off to them.I have tried sharing my inner thoughts and anxieties with them, but they don't seem to understand.That has bled through to my other aspects too.How can I deal with the fact that my parents cannot emotionally fully support me and also how to deal with my negative thoughts and feelings thast makes me defensive to my loved ones.I'm not a huge extrovert, so in friendship department too, I'm struggling.

When you missing someone, you should not be, is so painful. Don't know what they are upto, just coz things ended ugly. You can't talk with them, but wish to and they are not making those efforts. It's just hurting. Specially when you are travelling and alone.

Yeah let them cry. If someone is worried of something, they broke down  and started crying then let them to cry. Don't control them to hold their tears. Tears are precious. Yeah it is hard to see someone cry. Don't even say a single word. Just hold their hands or give your shoulder to cry or hug them. That's enough for them.
