Sharing Our Innermost Thoughts

I am a very introvert 29y/o …
I found this platform very comfortable to share my feelings which I am not able to share with anyone. I am feeling so bottled up. Feeling very distressed… having a feeling like I’ll vomit in few seconds. So I’m sharing this here.
I m in love with a person. He is so caring and loving to all his friends. But not everyone cannot be his friend but he is always ready to help anyone. While I am a people pleaser kind of a person, talk less, smile with everyone … I don’t need any third person related problems.but he is ready to solve everyone’s problem help everyone … in this case he becomes attach to some people and later they stop talking to him. And this hurts him very much.
I just keep saying that ones who r your friends will remain with you no matter what.
Now he’s helping a girl with her personal as well as professional problems … she’s also a very good person according to him. I have also met her. She seems nice.
I have been very busy past two weeks so I couldn’t spen much time with him but I think she and my lover has become very close friends.
I met him and in flow flow … he said three four times that he’s falling in love with her. First I thought he’s kidding me but subsequently I am feeling jealous of her. She sits hours and hours with him even whenever they get time. On Sunday she was here in his room unannounced. Though she is also facing family issues… but when she and I are alone she tries to run off and donot talk to me. Even though I tried to make her comfortable a lot. But with him she can sit for long hrs. This is bothering me so much.i tried talking to him but he said she’s a good friend.
But this thing is eating me from inside… I don’t know what to do.
