It’s okay. Healing sometimes means having to face a wave of intense emotions or feelings that are too much to process. It doesn’t mean you’re not making progress; it means you’re facing head-on what ails you. That is how you overcome. So remember, healing is a process that isn’t always pretty, but it’s definitely worth it in the end.”
