Probably he has a fear of rejection. Happens especially when you like someone a lil too much. Been there. I(guy) like someone(girl) and told her that she makes me happy and what not but I cannot to do if I am ever face-to-face probably because I like her so much that if she says no which she will I’m afraid of what she’ll say. Idk basic human nature.
