Hmm ok I just hate them. They are always negative for me I think about the things that I would want never ever to happen. But I think about them and it disturbs me.

It takes practice actually you need to do mediation before that & understand a lil bit about your brain & mind btw just see now while reading this what thoughts are arising in your mind btw this doesn’t work when you’re broken totally πŸ₯΄πŸ€• that time you just need to cry out.
