Hard to cry…can’t handle the pain now I am going through…where to go…where to dump my pain…nobody to trust…this loneliness makes me to feel everything negatively even any positive things happens it swallows it…this thing of memories…which continuously flows through your mind 24/7 just fucks me …and overthinking make me fear something bad will happen…can’t stop thinking all this shit … hardly now I want a shoulder to keep on and cry hardly…why all this things happens to me …🥺i don’t want to break emotionally but I can’t …handle it for a long time

If haan to be a mess aadat ho jaegi fir theek ho jaega apne kaam pe lag jaega chill. Relationship time × 2 or 3 itna time jata recovery me. Aur aisa kuch nahin to generalized anxiety sabko hoti kabhi kam kabhi zada chill maar ni ho pa raha seek therepy.
You can be alone yet choose not to be lonely, many people now keep feeling lonliness and sadness because they think that someone should come and get happiness with them, then the happiness will leave when the person goes too, we should learn to create our own happiness, dont just link your happiness with people, do things you like, have goals , hobbies, if your busy working towards your goals you wont feel that lonely, i was living alone for 7 yrs after my divorce, i felt lonely initially, then i started focusing on my self, i did painting, zumba, reading, cooking, i travelled solo…and it became a very happy life for me because i was making my own happiness, later i found someone wonderful but i still continue to make my own happiness…
