So i am working in tech i am good at my work but the problem is I don't like the work i do . I am more of creative minded person and the only reason i am working in tech is because it gives me pretty good salary... what should i do?

I in love with my coworker he is 8 years older than me and he didn’t know that I love him but i feel like he have some feelings for me but i don’t know the feeling whether its love or friendship love so please tell me what should i do should i wait him until he tells me or should i move on 

Anger Issues

It feels like I'm living with atypical narcissist who cares about me but not at cost of things that matter to her. Whenever we fight I feel I'm right but the way she answers to things makes me think that I'm wrong but deep within I know I'm not .She doesn't even fulfill the bare minimum things tht are done in friendship. I'm so bound to her that even a mere absence makes me go crazy .Im tired of overthinking and I hv to live with her for another 2 yrs (same college).I'm tired being there for her in every situation of her life even when she rejects my presence .I'm crying everyday and I feel horrible about it.I want her and I don't want her.Can anyone say anything about this ?

Today I woke up with a bad news. My brother's new cycle was stolen. This happened for the second time. He was really sad but my mom and dad motivated him and now he is enjoying holi with his friends.

Motivation

HI! I came out right before the Corona Quarantine (YAY), but I have found that I am still hiding with my parents it feels. I do not know how to be myself with them because I'm scared that I am overwhelming them and it feels like me being gay is still a secret because my mom even said that not everyone needs to know. At first I thought I agreed, but i do not. It sounds silly to say, but I want to be able to do something as little as use the gay hashtag on social media or go to pride without any anxiety surrounding whether people who don't know, primarily at church and extended family to find out. It feels so tricky and I just don't want it to always feel like this and I feel like now is me setting the stage for the rest of my life. Honestly I don't care about what they think myself, but what will happen to their relationships if their friends/fam know i'm gay since i don't know how they will react. I just want some advice pls
