Guyss , how to wake up early in morning ,really need some suggestions cause i have been trying this from some days but I’m unable to ,i cant hear my alarm only and if i do I’ll unconsciously off it and sleep again and later i get anger on mysekf only ? If someone know sone tips or suggestions it will help .

Eat atleast 2 hrs before sleep . Sleep for atleast 6 hrs . Keep your alarm at a distance such that you gotta get up from bed and walk towards it to turn it off. ( also not too far away that you won’t hear it lol)

I have the same problem 😭 started during my university year. I think it’s because I didn’t want to wake up to do my assignment (please take me seriously). I suffer from the same problem rn and I’m so burnout but there was a time where I could wake up just fine. It’s during my semester 3 where I was the healthiest emotionally and physically. My advice is to mainatain a healthy life and avoid burntout. I don’t see another way to fix this unless you have someone who is able to tolerate to wake you until you actually wake up.

No one do yarr, thats what problem here , they’ll just say that i dont wake up so they dont even wake me up now πŸ˜ͺ hoping I’ll change soon
