my boyfriend brokeup with me first saying “I don’t love you the same anymore”
I decided not to stop him
next day I deleted all the posts and Everything and said I’m single and pretended like nothing happened
then he comes to me and says alot of bad things and says I cheated on him and I moved on so fast but the reality was that I just wanted to hide that I’m suffering
now just because I deleted the posts on social media, I lost my love.

It is very childish on his part. It doesn’t make sense in fact looks he wanted to get out and he just got a reason to do it.
I hope you made him talk to you once and got the closure to move on.
