Guys my ex broke my heart and now he is all happy and I’m the one sufferring day and night… I have become zero at everything… I keep thinking about him all the time. I hate this feeling I want to get over him it’s been so long… He is very happy and doesn’t give a flying fuck about me I on the other hand am all fucked up. Help me please
Things like these happen and anyone can Move on too quickly and we still get hung up on them. You can do nothing but ACCEPT the fact and try to deal with your emotions and move ahead.
If you all day, just think about what he did, why he did, why is he happy with someone else, you will not be able to move forward.
You need to have the same attitude that’s when you will know you are above him. When you can talk about him freely, if you see him you are indifferent, when someone asks you about him you are normal, that’s when you are truly ahead of him.
प्यार और लगाव ऐसी भावना होती है. जो दिमाग पर हावी हो जाती है. इसलिए इसके छुटने या हटने पर बहुत तकलीफ होती है. और तकलीफ बड़ जाती है जब तकलीफ देने वाला दुखी नही खुश होता है. मतलब रिश्ते के चोट के साथ, खुश रहकर जलन का मलहम.
अत: तुरंत में इसका कोई उपचार नहीं है. इसलिए हावी हुए इस भावना को, धीरे धीरे दिमाग से निकालने के लिए दूसरे चीजों मे ध्यान लगायें. समय लगेगा और उपचार में कष्ट तो होता ही है.
Well i too had a breakup recently , all you need is just a break from those painful memories, go for a short trip , explore things , focus on what you like to do and try to develop a daily routine , all you need is a busy yet peaceful life
NEVER THINK OF GOING BACK TO YOUR EX or Dont expect him to come to you
And in this moment , sometimes you feel like getting into a new relationship, dont do that ,
And this doesnt mean that you shouldnt get into relation in future ,
Just take some time and be sure that the next ones is a permanent one .
In my case ,
After my breakup,
I got involved more in cooking and fitness , and also i got rid off all the past pictures ,messages , videos and all the senti music which makes me think of her .
This helped me a lot , now i am doing good in every walk of life ,
I am doing much better in my startup , my college stuff and having a better social life too
So all you need to do is ,
Get rid of all those painful memories and never overthink or regret for what you are doing now,
Develop a balanced daily routine and stay healthy .

Hello! I’m really sorry you’re going through this. Break ups can be really painful, and even more so when we feel the other person doesn’t care. I think you need to realise that if the said person doesn’t care, they weren’t the best fit for you. Your emotions and feelings deserve the same care and attention. About the sadness, I think you need to let it wash over you. Give yourself the space and time to grieve, and feel sad, until one day you won’t. Sadness is never permanent.
