Guys i need your advice on this-
So its been happening iver a while, one moment i have been crying like hell, completely shattered and feeling helpless. In that moment i feel like everything is destroyed and it hurts so much, my heart aches so much, like i can never be happy again and i just want an off button to stop all this because in that moment i think about hurting myself so that i dont have to handle the other pain BUT after another moment just after that,i stop crying and thinking about why the hell i was even crying, like some bad ass bitch who is not bothered. In that moment i feel like crying is a waste, those ppl arnt worth etc etc.
Thing is i cant control both those sides, sometimes i just breakdown while doing anything and then other time i am just like chutiya h vo salla. Whats happening to me because i dont understand.

Its just some sort of mood swings due to overthinking or stresss due to your recent breakup. listen to songs in which you can dance and listen to songs like noor e khuda ,arziyan , allah hi raham etc. you can also listen to speech of SRK which he gave in university of edimburgh whenever you feel demotivated.

Nothing wrong buddy. Such see-saws are common esp. if have a gone through a difficult situation. Just acknowledge and be patient and don’t take any rash decisions during these times.
