Guys how to stay confident!
So I just came from my tuition, i don know i will so anxious an hour before tuition. Like i canโ€™t calm myself , i keep thinking about what will happen and how. And when I reach there i feel nervous like people might be judging me and all. Today i got my answer before everyone else and i said it loudly, and right after I felt like death just passed me. My heart couldnโ€™t stop beating. And now I guess i said it nervously.
Itโ€™s not only abou tuitions but schl and other public places too!

Can relate, I became stiff even If some stranger sit beside me in ttn class , I am in this ttn from 1.5 yr and trust me I have never talked to anyone

Last year I was just like you, but now itโ€™s been a long time so i can interact with people atleast. But it sucks. Really. I donโ€™t want to initiate any kind of conversation by myself, like i feel if others (extroverts) are not initiating then why would I? Probably they are not interested in talking to me

Social anxiety maybe? You should practice deep breaths. And truly focus on it. Feel it. Feel your chest heaving up and down with every breath. And calm down. Remind yourself that no one knows the future and everything youโ€™re thinking is just made up. Why would anyone think about you when they have a hundred other things to think of? Would you think of anyone like that? If no, then why do you think people do that for you? Youโ€™ll realise that everything your anxiety tells you is baseless. You can gain control of your mind. Mind shouldnโ€™t control you.

I always feel like someoneโ€™s watching me . And i panic then. I really donโ€™t know how to behave properly in public ,like i am so weird, clumsy and embarrassing
