Ab or sahan nhi hota yaar... Itni bechaini, dar sahan nhi hota... Har roj nind ki goliya, har roj rokar sona sahan nhi hota yaar.. 🥺.. Bahut dar lagta hai bahut.. Pta nhi bs aisa lagta hai ki koi chij andar se kha rhi hai har roj.. Kuch bhi feel nhi hota kisi ke liye... 🥺🙁

How to control anger issues. I'm bad mouthing and spreading hate. My anger is genuine cos my parents are wringing me terribly for the sake of their siblings. But I want to stop this anger and expectations from my parents.  I want to cut off totally with my parents emotionally and move on in life. 

If anyone can help me on achieving this plz drop your ideas.

Note: I tried fixing my relationship with my parents and failed terribly since years. So plz do not suggest me to try n understand them. 
I want help in moving on in life.

Anxiety

you're friends can be biggest support system but at times they pass such comments, make such remarks, you doubt the person you know. you start overthinking which only makes you question everything you've ever known about them. idk if distancing from them would make you feel better coz at this moment, i feel really bad for pushing him away. he isnt even making an effort to undo what he said. that's making it even worse. to top all this, i feel super sick today.
