I feel like I'm getting obsessed with getting my work done to perfection. It's a positive and a negative both and it's draining me of my energy. 

Mental Health

I dreamt of marrying and having a child with my childhood friend. Dreamt as in while sleeping at night. This is so awkward. I saw myself being saying vows and then being pregnant with his child. We are not even close. I don't see him in that way either. We didn't even meet that much in the past years. We shifted to his hometown and now we met like 3-4 times and we talk about our new universities and stuffs. But suddenly I saw all those in my dream. I never had a crush on him either. Saw him as a brother. And he too. I don't know what's wrong with me and what's with all these. I met him after few days of my dream, and I felt so awkward. Geez, now I feel awkward even when my mum talks about him.

Hey all....I hope you people can help me out with this. My situation is.. I m happily engaged to my dream man whom I love sincerely, he is the right person and we are deeply connected to each other. We are planing for marriage after this pandemic subsides.
Inspite of being with such beautiful man, my mind gets distracted to his friend, who is my friend too..the common friend. Before engagement with my finacee, I was kind of interested and attracted to his friend and we had casual flirty conversations. His friend and me wer both attracted physically to each other ( no sexual fling) but there was this sexual chemistry. But I was very clear that I cudnt make a life with him as we were very different and had no mental level connection. 
But still..I proposed him one day, he said he was not sure...and then I backed off...and within a week his frnd ( my fiancee) brought the alliance and I was elated to knw him coz he was always the man I ever wanted. And when his frnd saw that I am moving forward, he proposed me back, and I rejected coz I liked my fiancee like hell.

Could anyone explain what is my situation..why my mind gets distracted from my fiancee? One thing to mention is that his frnd whom I had a lil flirt sessions is very handsome witty and charismatic, but he is not the man I ever wanted to marry. So why is my mind giving energy to him when I have my beautiful man with me?

Self Esteem

What to do when you're moving away? From a place where you're familiar with, where you made memories, happy and sad. Where your friends, your loved ones are five minutes away and even though you don't see them every day you know they are next door, a block away. Now my parents wants to move away. And you cannot them as often as you want any more. I haven't even told them that I'm moving because it makes it real and I can't handle it. I don't want to move, and I'm not happy where we're going. But my parents won't listen. Even though I'm only an hour away, it feels like hours away. I don't know how to tell them. Help me.

I want to beat up my brother because he never listens to me.

Frustration

Frm 4yrs I Have been suffering from anxiety. I lost my appetite lost weight regular vomits, depressed i feel like i am lost. I dont knw if i am really suffering with some kind of problem but my body never feels right frm inside. 
Sometimes these things go severe and sometimes they are in control. There are rarely some days when i feel completely fine.
