I just want to tell my thoughts. So we all face challenges and challenge can be first time to take a bus in a new city to drop to your destination point. My point is we should never underestimate ourselves because whatever we do what we think we can't do is a challenge.

Please tell me how to know what is important to think in life and what is not. Like i stay so much dissolves in my own world ,I guess it's right but not so right. I don't care about other people when I daydream , or think about myself , or just get lost in my own thoughts. But then i see people around me , and i start getting nervous like why am I so different?! They seem so normal for their age but not me ! Why? Why I think so deeply. I think every little thing so deeply. Like my life's gonna end tmrw. And i can't help myself, i just feel like maybe i have nothing to do , other people have stuffs to stay busy but i don't have anything ,maybe that's why I think and get lost so much in myself. Surroundings bother me too

3am Thoughts

I have social anxiety.When I go out I feel weird and embarrassed.I don't speak to people a lot.But when I speak,only nonsense oxmes out of my mouth.And I realise that after sometime.I start overthinking and finally I feel that I'm an idiot.Sometiems I feel anxious too.
I have toxic relatives because of which I avoided all my family functions for 1 long year.I visited them recently and two days after which I had a breakdown...it was really bad.It has been very traumatic these days.Things aren't fine from a long. All these I thought I'm very strong and can handle everything...but recently I realised that I've been escaping from the situation all the time and also that I'm weak...very weak and  people can manipulate me so easily.i really don't know what I should do.Everytime I feel stronger and happy...I will be hit by something that makes me realise that I weaker..weak like hell....

Recently I feel like I am the most careless person on the world and I get paranoid on small things. I am not able to do good in academic like my other friends and that's really making me depressed. I want to change my stream after college but I have one whole year to tolerate before that and I feel like a loser because I am not able to study things that I am supposed to right now. Though I am not even going to use it after 5 or 10 years because it's not my thing. Will a person like me get somewhere in life I am starting to doubt that. Don't know how to go on everyday with uncertainty and shame like this🥺😓

Right now, there are already 3,826 deaths caused by suicide in 2022. One more doesn’t hurt does it...?
