Going through a breakup itโ€™s has been 4 days and itโ€™s getting over my head. Itโ€™s so suffocating and feels like hope is gone. Everything seems like itโ€™s over. Lifeโ€™s just a mess and I donโ€™t know how long i have to live like thisโ€ฆ

I do try that. Keeping myself busy. But plenty of times in whole day i just start to break cry anxiety attacks hits soo hard everything seems getting out of handsโ€ฆ

Heyy hii !! I would say just try to avoid social media and phone for a while because it can make things more hard, try spending time in nature ; go out for a walk or maybe just look at the sunset and just accept that whatever has happened is happening for my bettermentโ€ฆ)) Itโ€™s understandable that things take time ; but donโ€™t worry atleast you can tryโ€ฆ)(Iโ€™m sorry if I said anything wrong, feel free to open up and let things go out of you)
