Going through a breakup it’s has been 4 days and it’s getting over my head. It’s so suffocating and feels like hope is gone. Everything seems like it’s over. Life’s just a mess and I don’t know how long i have to live like this…

I do try that. Keeping myself busy. But plenty of times in whole day i just start to break cry anxiety attacks hits soo hard everything seems getting out of hands…

Heyy hii !! I would say just try to avoid social media and phone for a while because it can make things more hard, try spending time in nature ; go out for a walk or maybe just look at the sunset and just accept that whatever has happened is happening for my betterment…)) It’s understandable that things take time ; but don’t worry atleast you can try…)(I’m sorry if I said anything wrong, feel free to open up and let things go out of you)
