Generally, I am a calm and compassionate person, Even if get angry I tried to control it, But for the past few days I am unstable I couldnโt control my anger, I feel easily annoyed. I shout at my friends. I started throwing things. Now I started to hate myself for every thing.

Itโs okay it might be extreme heat of weather or maybe because you had battled it up for a long time and it is bursting out now
Try meditation and calming songs or whatever you like to prefer it might help you

I feel the same. Sometimes I tried to keep calm, but sometimes not. So what I did was to play games, watch or anything to keep me calm.

Iโm going through same stuff, sometimes I get angry at people I love, and I canโt control myself most of the time itโs the people who are closet to me! And later I realize that, yeah what I did was wrong
