I'm gen z but i got addicted to drinking somehow and I deactivated all my social media accounts. 

Overthinking

So fed being single that inspite of being straight i m going to meet a man and watch pornn together and i will let him jerkk mine.

3am Thoughts

I just realized that i have this olfactory hallucinations called Phantosmia. Everyday i smell cigarette smoke for about 5-10 mins and sometimes longer. No one in our family smoke, and sometimes ask my parents if they smell the same thing and they said NO. 

Stress

Heyy....so today i wanna share something about myself...my addictions... I hd never smoked or drink or had  any other addiction ...but i had only one nd that's porn addiction....it began when i was only 14 but as the time passes by the condition got worst....nd now 10 years later ....i am in my worst phase....i got physically and mentally weak...cant focus ..cant remember anything... eyesight got weak...became socially anxious.... can't maintain eye contact...nd many more ....i had no confidence to tackle any problem...i had tried almost everything but nothing seems to be helpful....i heard somewhere that if u cant do it alone ...then take the help of someone  to get rid of this addiction....i told my bestfriend about it nd she left me...nd i had lost many more ....plzz help...i am totally devastated...anyone plzz help ..!!!

Addiction

I’ve started to see why people take drugs . 

Have you ever had that vapor rub you put under your nose when your sick? Once you put it under your nose that barrier that was blocking you to breath is finally gone. But  don’t forget when you put it under your nose  it’s a temporary feeling...  It’s the same way with drugs. You take it and that barrier that’s blocking you is finally let down when you take that pill your happy and you don’t have to worry about reality . But then again it’s temporary. When that pill is done doing it’s job your back to reality , your back to that barrier that’s blocking you from escaping your thoughts, tragedies, and reality .

Vapor rub and drugs are both different but they both serve the same purpose which is to let down that  barrier that’s interfering with your life at that moment and give you a moment of relief and peace.

I use marijuana to get through each day. But it’s slowly eroding everything in my life. It’s destroying every meaningful relationship I ever had. But, I smoke it to mask the grief. I don’t want to face the grief and the loss. But I don’t want to spend my life stoned either 💔

Loss

Every single time I hear someone's experience with drugs it motivates me to not form any harmful connections.

I'm addicted to porn and masturbating i am asking for help....

Can someone suggest me to get rid of my addiction need a cute so bad it's become such a compulsion
