the anxiety and guilt of that I am not working enough is eating me up. Feeling like a faliure at this point seeing the peers around me working their way up in their respective careers. The effort I am putting in is just not showing and is making me feel worthless. I am scared everyone around me is going to leave me & when asked upon I feel I have nothing to show for it. I hate this feeling and is making me more anxious & making me so doubtful about myself. I don't know what to do about this. Any advice at this point is highly appreciated

3am Thoughts

I have anger issues i wish i didn't but.. I've been living with my family for last 22 years. Never had any long term friends, was bullied in school and was very shitty to people who actually wanted to be my friends. Very strict parents who take decisions for my life. I am in a college that i don't attend just appear in exam oh and i am a Lesbian. My parents aren't fond of me they have my older brother to compare me with. IITian now doing MBA from a prestigious college.. Ughh. My mother never forgets to remind me how big of a burden i am (as if i didn't already know) have tried ending my life several times but not brave enough. I wish i was brave tho. I've made it my personal goal to remind myself everyday that good things are going to happen and i got this. But its been hard lately.

Depression, never thought I'd associate this word with me but that's what I have at this point idk, crippling anxiety, emptiness, no motivation to do anything, wanting to sleep the whole day. Past months haven't been too great to me, so many internal conflicts in my mind, lol idek why I'm writing all that here, just that I need to get things out as I'm really not used to opening up to anyone as I'm always the one giving advice to ppl and courageous one infront of everyone who's everything figured out... Idk man
