For a long time, because of my relationship problems, problems with my friendships and because of my own very high expectations of myself and not being able to justify them, I thought I had depression. I downloaded an app on the advice of a friend, and after a two week analysis, I got to know I have a mild depression. I went to seek psychotherapy immediately, had 2 sessions, and felt better about myself. Since then, it’s no looking back for me. I’ve come out stronger.
