first time in my life i called suicidal helpline . had convo of 30 min ,i realised one thing we know every single thing they say and also we tell the same things to ppl who come to us with their depression and horrendousness ,we go same like them . just the thing is we are lacking in implementation which is something thats hard enough to do while going through the hell that we cant essentially elaborate : ) : (
