First of all Now & Me, I really like how this post box prompts - how are you feeling today? So thoughtful.

I just want to talk about this negative energy that I feel surrounded by, I feel angry at my coworkers, my friends, my ex-boyfriend, everyone around me is making me angry or upset and I just want to get away from such thought and feelings.

I keep feeling like I want to end everything. I feel useless and worthless and that I’m never going to make it in life.

I don’t know how to get rid of this feeling that has so much power over me. I’m feeling helpless at this point.
