Sometimes(most of the times tbh) I’m like so paranoid thinking if I’m *thinking* correctly, saying and doing things correctly, being a mess and bashing myself if I dont. 
And then I see some people not even putting that much effort but getting away with it with just some confidence. 
How do I get there? Not that I dont want to be what I am right now. I just need to be more forgiving and accept that not everything needs to be perfect. But that idea SUCKS. Everything should be **perfect**. Ughhhhhhhhhh help. 

Confusion

so like yesterday I was talking with my boyfriend and I told him about this girl who took my interview for a college club and that she was very pretty , so he asked me his ID. I send him thinking he might just want to see her but then he started following her and I really feel insecure. I mean he said there's is nothing bad to just see and i agree but yeah in my past relationship I have been left for another girls so it just makes me very insecure.
