Hey! I would suggest you to give yourself time to firstly grieve and then try and move on. Feel your feelings and then slowly gain the courage to let go of the attachment.

Moving on is a very natural process and it is not something that can happen easily or by a manual! Believe in yourself, prioritize your life and stay strong. Open yourself up to new possibilities and try to avoid thinking about negative things.

You have to learn that you can never forget but you learn to walk one step forward one moment, one day. Its hard as heck, but breath and start occupying you mind and time with a interest you have or had ie: painting, writing, reading, hiking, etc whichever will allow You to adjust to the changes in life.

just remember one thing…you came in this world alone…if you were happy before that person entered your life then you can be happy without that person too. Recovery is a process and it takes time. Just learn to let go thiongs. See motivational videos on youtube by sandeep maheshwari. It helps!
