Alone

feels weird today again. I was reading a book, and for the first time in a long time I felt heard. I could never explain to people of and how I was getting panic or anxiety attacks. But now, a work of fiction, has managed to explain it so perfectly, I feel not alone anymore. Only in that sense though. It still feels lonely, even though I'm never really alone.

Being alone doesn't bother me anymore used to be a little embarrassed in my first year of college but now it seems to be okay.
I ate alone in a cafe for the first time and it was peaceful and I was happy to spend time with myself. I read a book, scrolled Instagram, listened to songs... I was happy.

I just wanted people to know that it's okay to sometimes take your time out of your busy schedule and enjoy a moment of peace with yourself.
