As a summary I have 5 issues
First : I am a kidney patient and on dialysis. This is painful physically, emotionally and financially.
Second: I do not like my job but can’t shift because I am sole bread winner.
Third: a family member was bullied in childhood, divorced, unemployed and has turned very difficult to handle.
Fourth: friends and partner. Have one or two friends for name sake but no one who I call close and share everything with and vice versa. And no partner so lonely there too.
Lastly: have seen so much pain, failures my self worth and confidence are at rock bottom. At the same time envy is shrouding my everyday views badly.

All these have caused so much pain it’s becoming difficult to bear any further.

Okay first: you’re gonna make it, just be positive, you’ve got this😊
Second: that’s so enduring of you and you’re so kind and caring… Your family is so lucky!
Third: if that family member has become difficult for you to handle, communicate with them. Try to be their motivation. At the same time though, don’t burden yourself. Preserve your own strength
Fourth: consider everyone here your friend.
Honestly though, people are overrated😉
