Hi,I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling that way. Trust me, you are not alone. So many people are going through the same thing. Why don’t you try calling up an old friend or a relative and start to catch up?
If you do not feel like doing that why don’t you just go out and get some fresh air. It will help you feel refreshed. If not that, you can also put on a nice/feel good movie and get some good food and just do what makes you happy. Remember everyone has rainy days and if we did not have rainy days how would we learn to appreciate the sunny ones? . You are not alone and remember that you are loved and valued.

I use to be like that but then i found a new hobby. Find a new hobby that you will enjoy like watching anime, reading mangas /manhwa/manhua/novels/, or a new pet, sketching, improving your sing voice ,or dancing… there are a lot of things you can do so don’t be sad for your are not alone. Feel the same way. It helps to vent, get out, get Some fresh air, exercise, get a hobby and therapy. Honestly I’ve lost faith in people. Better to have no expectations at all
