Seems like my partner already gave up our relationship

I was always really insecure about my acne as i have a lot of it, but there was this one incident which made my insecurity even worse, there was this one girl i used to like i approached her and told her about my feelings, she said no to me and i understood, but my friend sent me a screenshot about his conversation with her and in that chat she said 'his face looks like a pizza with red toppings, i don't wanna date someone like this' and from that day I'm afraid to even walk out of my home.
