Hi mandeep. Im currently working in a support project with 2 yrs of experience and I am interested in development but they wonโt consider me for a dev role bcz of no hands-on experience ๐

Bro you can learn front end from YouTube then look for job, itโs that easy. I myself have no degree, from last one year I have started learning full stack development from YouTube, now from last 3 months earnings 60k+ monthly. If I can do it why not you
No degree really? I m also learning front end web development

Why Iโll joke, as I said I know full stack development so most of the companies doesnโt care about degrees

Kya help chahiyee bai?
Build your resume showcasing the support projects where you have done more work than the developers.
On a day to day basis understand what kind of work developers do.
Mention in your resume that you have done both Dev and Maintenance work. Taking a switch will help.
Good suggestion. Thank you๐
Try some other company then.
