Feeling anxious is like having a worried or nervous feeling in your stomach, and your heart might beat faster. Itโ€™s like your brain is stuck on something youโ€™re worried about, and itโ€™s hard to stop thinking about it. You might feel jumpy or on edge, and it can be tough to calm down or feel at ease.
Itโ€™s okay Anxiety is manageable.

Professionally.
I donโ€™t completely agree with this statement.
I guess with time life keeps growing around so it kind of wraps around our injuries.
