Hi !
Sitting in the same posture can induce pain, especially in the lower back. What I like to do is to get up, touch my toes and twist my torso till I feel like the knots (or whatever they’re called) have been released. Also, maybe you should observe your work posture, in case you are bending too much or unknowingly putting pressure on a particular part of your back, then maybe that is what causing the pain. I’ve seen my back pain get alleviated with a hot water bottle when the reason for the back pain is physical exertion. However, if you feel like the pain persists for more than a few days and if it is quite acute, then you should definitely consider seeing a specialist. Hope this helps :)

Perhaps you are having stress from work. Take some rest and time off for yourself. Physical and mental health always comes before everything else.

Stretches, yoga , morning exercises. If the pain is still there . You should go for a medical check up

Stretch stretch and stretch! Go for a massage frequently. Our sedentary work lives can do this and we need to take measures to make it right
