It's been 5 days .... I'm having severe headache in between the day times n night times too can someone please help!!!

I was getting a headache... which one side of my head (left side) it is like someone was beating from inside on head... I don't know what to do?
can anyone say what my problem was? and how to clear it?

does anyone else experience "vision fog"?

It almost looks like there's smoke covering anything you look at or very light fog. It has a white 
or gray tint. I haven't found anything that triggers it, but it happens ever so often. I was just curious if it happens to anyone else.

I've had a bad headache day today but I can't sleep because I've assignments to complete.
Any tips for migraines? Also any tips on how I can stop giving a f*ck and tell people "No", because I really need to , lol.
